Staking DApp Adjustments Proposal

Vote about pools distribution

After listening to the community, we have decided to propose some changes to the StakingDApp pools distribution which will be on the table for a community vote.

We have decided that to make an anonymous Poll on our Telegram Global Channel to get more feedback from the community on the distribution options of the pools we propose.

These changes will allow us to increase the $MILK harvests in the $COW pool.
The options are the following, please vote responsibly, since this will be in benefit of everyone.
